Steps to Work partnership
A very big welcome to our website where you can
learn about the Steps to Work partnership and the services that
each of our partners provides.

Our partnership is committed to helping people
in West Sussex with a wide range of disabilities and challenges
access and sustain paid and unpaid employment, training and
education. We help people:
- with mental health needs;
- with learning difficulties;
- with physical or sensory impairment or an acquired brain
injury; or
- who are recovering from drug or alcohol dependency.
This is a free service and is not dependent on whether you are
in receipt of a working age benefit.

New partnership
launched to help employers say yes!
Steps to Work helps vulnerable adults in West Sussex with a wide
range of disabilities and challenges to access employment,
learning, training, volunteering and work support.The scheme has
been running since 2000 and used to be funded externally by
the European Social Fund and Local Area Agreements. However,
it is now funded.....
